If I can give u a few tips1 fill up a 2ltr bottle water and u have to finish it every day. 2 buy a diet book for meal under 500cl- I went for hairy bikers diet book)3 be careful with Herbalife, it's your call, I find these diets really hard and it's too easy to go for a quick fix( chocolate etc) to increase blood sugar levels 4 I am no diet expert, however Fitbit/run keeper are good to log steps.
