Healthy hits start now. My game doesn't start for 16 days, but I'm going to start getting in the mindset for change. I've always wanted to loseweight, but I keep getting lazy. Or just don't have the motivation/willpower. This is going to help! I'm determined it will. 

I'very also been hesitant to start something like this because I hate quitting and feeling like I failed, again. The answer? Don't quit. Just push through and make it happen. That's my commitment to myself. And I can't be just writing these words to convince myself of that commitment, I have to actually believe it. Day one  of  being selfish, for my own sake.
