Today is a great day! Day 4 is almost over and my motivation is still strong! I was so happy in the morning, when I stepped on the scale and it showed me I've lost 10 pounds since the beginning of the year! It only shows what a propper diet and smaller meal portions can do!
In the last few months I went nuts. My eating was out of control and I mean OUT OF CONTROL. I think I had the fastest gain ever in human history. I managed to lose almost 70 pounds from January to the end of September 2015. In just 3 months I gained back 55 pounds. I don't even know how it is possible, but it is.
It went fast up, but I guess now it will go fast down. Or at least faster then before. Since the beginning of the year my diet was spotless. My meals are filled with protein (meat), veggies and vitamines. I also drink over 3 litres of water every day. Of course I was hungry the past few days, this change completely shocked my body. But it is slowly getting back to the healthy way of functioning.
I hope to celebrate 20 pounds gone by the end of January! It's 26 days, which means 0.4 pounds a day. It's a lot, I'm not gonna lie. I'm nervous. But it can be done. I'll work hard and I believe it will pay off :)
