After having success losing weight with Dietbet in 2014 and the first half of 2015,  I got lazy the past six months of 2015 and have gained back basically all the weight that I lost.  Most of that weight seems to have settled from my waist down to my knees...ARGH!    I became sedentary, stopped working out, and started eating anything and everything.  What did I expect would happen if I eat more calories than I expend?!?!  I simply lost my motivation, and so much more as a result.  

Other consequences of my laziness besides the added weight:  heartburn, blood pressure going UP, , flabbiness in areas that had started getting some definition, thickness around my waist,  pants not fitting or buttoning, fatigue and general lack of energy, my BMI has climbed up into the overweight/obese category and my heartbeat becoming irregular again.  

Enough said,  I'm back and ready to get started step by step in dropping my weight and seeing the flab around my waist disappear, AGAIN!  Then I will be diligent to learn how to maintain my weight.  Until then, wish me well as I give focused attention to gaining my health and fitness back over the next six months.
