Unfortunately a few days ago, I have damaged my back rather badly.  I have a history of back problems, so know what to do to treat it.  I've spent the last three days wearing a back support, and barely able to move.  I've not lost the weight I'd hoped to in the first week - only lost half of it.  Thankfully, by resting it and carefully increasing what I'm doing, it seems to be improving, so hopefully next week I shall be able to pick up again, and keep fighting this weight battle.  I shall be slightly behind going into next week though, so serious game face for then!  I'm sure I can still do this - back permitting!
