Managed to overcome back problem this month - it's still tweaky, but it's ok. Unfortunately running not currently an option, as pelvis not playing ball. I'm a physical wreck! Lol!
This week the last couple of pounds have been really hard to shift, over a few days nothing much seemed to move. Yesterday I went a bit hardcore, really worked at it, and chugged water down, and this morning had shifted enough to be .4Ib under. Now just have to keep it under, and weigh in that weight in two days.
Chugging further water today, staying active. Keeping everything crossed for weigh-in day. Can't believe I have managed to lose over 8Ibs in four weeks - roll on the next diet bet in Feb. Win or lose, it's keeping me honest and committed. Really excited about the next 8Ibs coming off - don't feel majorly different this time, but reckon next lot I will start to notice/feel the change.
