Morning weigh-in: 164.6

Down 1 more pound! A bit surprising given that I didn't do anything *too* intense yesterday. Hour-long yoga class with the sister in law. Slow-flow, so not much calorie burn, but some much needed stretching. There were sore muscles in me I hadn't even realized... haha. 

After yoga, walked to and from the restaurant for dinner. Not sure how far, but I still reached 2,200 calories burned for the day, so it must have been a bit of distance. Dinner was a rather large salad with baba ganoush, hard boiled egg, olives, pickles, and cheese. Went for the vinaigrette dressing to be a bit healthier. Ended up taking 70% of it home, too. Huge, I tell ya :) 

It was nice to give my legs a break from the elliptical, too. Not so much today. Coming full force on those legs! haha. 

Still sick - my cough has graduated into horrible fits now. Less goo, more painful. Overall not feeling icky, it's just the cough. Been using Vick's and boiling water on the stove to breathe in the vapors. Humidifier filters come tomorrow, and hopefully that should help. For now, just have to keep pushing through. 

Thinking today I'm going to do at least an hour on the elliptical, and then maybe work out with the husband when he gets home. Dinner tonight will be italian chicken with some of the leftover salad from last night. Kind of a healthy version of chicken parm (without the breading). Looking forward to it! 

Only 2.7 lbs away from my goal! Then time to overshoot it ;)
