Man, I've lost a lot in about 10 days or so, and I was pretty excited for a bit... but then I spoke with my doctor about it... and she said it's almost certainly just water weight.

 

Apparently this is what happens when you suddenly stop eating chips and drinking beer all the time. >_<

 

Which means it's probably going to get harder from here on out...

 

 

But I did work out 3 times a week, hoping for four times a week next week. First bout of real exercise I've had since September of 2015 I think.

 

Also enjoying the Spartan diet, so hopefully I can keep it up!
