And a whole bunch of raw veggies.

I've found that I actually prefer eating fresh veggies without any dressing, as anything you put on them just takes away from the crisp feeling I like so much.

So this is a typical example of the types of food I'm trying to eat. I'm not avoiding anything except:

Processed Foods

Breads an anythign with white flour in it

Refined Sugars

Hydrogenated oils or refined veggie oils

Anythign with 'low fat' written on it

Anything with 'low sugar' written on it

..... ok, that actually seems like a lot. BUT I can still have all my favorite foods, except maybe Pizza (because of the white flour and oils).

If you look at asian cultures, many of them eat quite a lot of natural fats, and it seems to serve them quite well. I'm working on a theory that 'if I eat food that people ate 2000 years ago, I should be fine' hahaha.

So here I am eating Turkey (leftovers), carrots, cheese, oisters, and iceberg leuttice (mmm, crispy)!

I guess I'll see how this works out. I'm really enjoyign it so far, as I get to be full but eat healthy at the same time.
