Morning weigh-in: 165.0

I've been at the same weight for 3 days now, so I'm starting to get a *little* frustrated, but I've got 2 more weeks to lose only 3 lbs. I've got to be able to do that. This weekend was a bit more challenging that the work week. Saturday we did end up going to lunch - at the delicious hotdog restaurant with all the great toppings. I limited myself to one hotdog (no fries or tots. or beer) topped with sauteed onions, pickled veggies, and peanut butter (trust me, it's delicious). Leftovers for dinner that night, Italian baked chicken breast and steamed broccoli.

Ended up not working out at all on Saturday and counted it as my rest day.

Yesterday I did 1.5 hours on the elliptical and then the P90X3 dynamix video with the husband. Not a super sweat-inducing workout, but some nice stretching and challenging core work. Trying to get him working out, so I let him pick the vid. Today, though, I *have* to get sweating. Going to be out and about most of the afternoon on a shoot, so this evening will have to do.

Food yesterday was rough. Went to GetGo to grab breakfast/lunch in the morning, because apparently we don't have any breakfast food in the house. Need to hit the store and do something about that. So I got a flatbread breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, veggies, and salsa - skipped out on the sausage. Then a Chobani yogurt. So I probably ended up with about 600 calories that meal (and a good amount of sodium). We went to my mother in law's for dinner (it was my father in law's birthday). Had less than a half a glass of wine. Then a salad (went for the balsamic dressing) and then a big portion of lasagne. Delicious, but I'm sure packed with more calories and carbs than I would have cared for.

So today I'm not up, but I'm not down. And honestly, I'm really bloaty (I'm assuming from the pasta). So hopefully some of that is just water weight.

As I mentioned, I'll be out of the house most of today for work, so I hope I can reign in the calories. I'll have to bring a snack/lunch with me. I may just stop by the store on the way and keep the groceries in my car. It's definitely cold enough.

At any rate, I hope you all are finding much success on your weight loss journey!
