This week was a good one! Down 2.2lbs at my Weight Watchers meeting and feeling great!

One factor of my good week was meal prep. I cooked and packaged all of my lunches for my work week, and made good decisions for my breakfast and dinner choices. I did have some foods/choices that were probably considered "cheats" like going to Bryn and Dane's and the movies, but I didn't let that derail me. Another was my trips to the gym. I added in strength training to my routine, and went five times this past week. I still have those days when I just don't feel like going, but they are getting to be few and far between which is a good thing.

One of my major NSVs this week was that I avoided eating pizza and drinking margaritas at my house on Saturday! Some friends came home right as I was finishing up cooking dinner and they ordered pizza and made margaritas. I ate my dinner and drank lime infused water and even though I wanted to eat the pizza, I didn't have any! It was a major victory for me, and I am super happy that I had the self control to do that. It could have thrown my whole week off and my weigh in could have been very bad. And now that I know I have the will power, it will be even easier to do it next time! It's the little choices that build up to the big achievements.

I have now officially lost 37lbs!! I am only 3lbs away from my January goal of getting my 4th 10lb ribbon at my WW meetings, and I have two January weigh ins left! I am excited about the path that I have been on, and looking forward to making this the best year yet!
