My Goal: May 7th - MINI MARATHON in Indinaplois. http://www.500festival.com/mini-marathon I have 18 weeks to get there and I am going to make it.
* All starts wiht a 5 min warm up walk and 5 min cool down walk with stretches

- Excercise:
- Monday- 28 min- 7 x R2 W2 - Completed
- Tuesday- 30 min - Cross Train
- Wednesday - 30 min - 8x R3 W2
- Thursday - Rest
- Friday- 30 min Cross Train
- Saturday - 4 miles R2 W2
- Food Challenge: Low Sugar again and not get boared with what I am eating

- Saturday- 4 miles (Run 2min + Walk 2min) - Completed
- Food: Log my food every day at MyFitness and consume less then 30g per day of Sugar.
- Results: hit my fitness goals each day and 5 out of 7 with sugar. Overall pretty good!
