My Goal: May 7th - MINI MARATHON in Indinaplois. http://www.500festival.com/mini-marathon  I have 18 weeks to get there and I am going to make it.

  * All starts wiht a 5 min warm up walk and 5 min cool down walk with stretches

  • Week 2:
    • Diebtbet- 203.3lb and happy about it
    • Excercise:
      • Monday- 28 min- 7 x R2 W2 - Completed
      • Tuesday- 30 min - Cross Train
      • Wednesday - 30 min - 8x R3 W2
      • Thursday - Rest
      • Friday- 30 min Cross Train
      • Saturday - 4 miles R2 W2
    • Food Challenge: Low Sugar again and not get boared with what I am eating
  • Week 1:
    • Dietbet Challenge- January Jumpstart- Start 210lb Finish ???
    • Excercise:
      • Monday - 28 min - 7x (Run 2 min + Walk 2 min) - Completed
      • Tuesday- 30 min - Cross Train - Completed
      • Wednesday - 28 - 7 x( Run 2 min + Walk 2 min) - Completed
      • Thursday - Rest- Completed
      • Friday - 30 min Cross Train- Completed
      • Saturday- 4 miles (Run 2min + Walk 2min) - Completed
    • Food: Log my food every day at MyFitness and consume less then 30g per day of Sugar. 
    • Results:  hit my fitness goals each day and 5 out of 7 with sugar.  Overall pretty good!
