My Story:
- Weight History: My heaviest was 305lbs Dec 2011. I had VSG that Christmas and at my low point I was at 185lb. Jan 1, 2016 I was at 210lb.
- Excercise History: I was a swimmer in youth into my college days and was a random exceriser for the next 15 years. After my VSG i started RUNNING and became addicted. I was and never will be a speed demon but I really got into it. First 5K's next 10ks then Half Marathons and finally the big one New York Marathon Nov 2013. It took 6 hours but I did it!. After 3 years of running it was enough and tried to find other acitivites to do. I learned to Row (Crew) and got a new road bike and other activites. But the inconsistency and routine of hitting the road for a run was gone and slowly the weight came back up.

My Goal: May 7th - MINI MARATHON in Indinaplois. http://www.500festival.com/mini-marathon I have 18 weeks to get there and I am going to make it.
* All starts wiht a 5 min warm up walk and 5 min cool down walk with stretches at a min.

- Tuesday- 30 min - Cross Train - Completed
- Wednesday - 28 - 7 x( Run 2 min + Walk 2 min) - Completed
- Thursday - Rest
- Friday - 30 min Cross Train
- Saturday- 4 miles (Run 2min + Walk 2min)
- Food: Log my food every day at MyFitness and consume less then 30g per day of Sugar.
