Morning weigh-in: 164.6

Moving down slowly but surely. Yesterday I was out and about all day, so my eating was a bit weird compared to normal. Had my usual cottage cheese for breakfast, and then a few bites of salad on my way out the door. For lunch I had a granola bar, then another for my snack. Dinner was a lunchmeat/cheese/pickle roll up and then a bowl of butternut squash soup. Coffee for dessert. haha. 

Did do Kenpo last night, which was challenging again. Feeling sore today. Also feeling a bit bloaty. I think I've been taking in a bit too much salt. I should watch that. Though we're doing chili for dinner tonight. Canned stuff is generally high in sodium, so I'm not sure that's terribly good... That being said, I didn't drink much water yesterday. Will need to be better about that today. 

Heavy editing day, so I'll be pretty much glued to the computer for the most part. Sister in law is coming over later to work out. We're planning for an hour. Then I'm hoping for maybe another hour on the elliptical. Haven't watched my show in a couple of days. lol. 

Either way, progress is progress! I'm hoping to see the number fall a bit more here, but I can definitely say that things are starting to look different, and feel different - so I count it a small victory already. 

A bit worried about the weekend - we're going to be out of town, at a friend's vacation property, drinking and hanging out for a few days. It's going to be a struggle to keep that under control. I'm going to need some creative solutions. haha. But we shall see... for now, I just need to focus on getting things in gear during the week.
