I just realize now that this thing even has a blog.   Why doesn't the show up on the app?

Anyways this will be a good place to summarize how I'm doing between all the other apps that I use.  I have decided to talk about the day before because my fitness pal app also tracks how far I walk through my iPhone health app and I like to look at it at the very end of the day when I'm going to bed.  So here goes!

January 11-

1,354 calories eaten - 589 burned (444 at the gym) =765

2.45 miles walked

carbs-148 (44%) protein-78 (23%) fat-48 (32%)

My dinner was only 260 calories.  This is the first time that  lunch has been my biggest meal of the day, and it hasn't been on purpose.   Without even realizing it I haven't had any sweets or dessert other than light chocolate soy milk in a week.  This is saying a lot because people keep bringing in their Christmas candy that they don't want sitting in her house to work and leaving it in the break room.   I've even swapped out my unwind at the end of the day beer with a mug of black decaf coffee.   I drink it least 10 cups of water a day but try to get in a gallon.   I've even been going to bed an hour earlier every night.   So why am I so tired?   It hits me every day at about 3 o'clock,  but then on Saturday I had crazy energy and felt like I was on crack.   I guess I'm still figuring out my body.

Today I had my last packet of Trader Joe's triple ginger oatmeal for breakfast *sad face*  then for lunch I had a mixture of seitan mushrooms onions tofurkey gravy and brown rice with an apple.  I've been having chili lime flavored almonds for a snack every day at 2:30.   Then for dinner I had tacos using Romain lettuce leaves as the shell,  fat free plain Greek yogurt as the sour cream, beefless crumbles, and no cheese.  I still plan on having a glass of chocolate soy milk and maybe another snack.

The drive to the gym was insane.  The lake effect snow really hit about halfway there when I was on the highway.  I seriously thought about just going home,  but I decided not to.  Was so bad they had even cancelled the workout classes that night.   But the gym was empty, and I could grab any machine that I wanted.  I felt like my time on the trendmill got a lot easier, but I really struggled with the stair master for some reason.

I know I have a better chance of winning the lottery tomorrow,  but I'm still hoping and praying for a snow day!
