I wish I'd taken more progress pictures early on. Of course, that's when I wanted pictures the least! But, like you said, it's hard to see the difference when you see yourself in the mirror every day. I've taken early pics off of my friends' facebook pages and made side by side collages to really notice the difference in my features, otherwise, I can't see it. You're doing great and you deserve some non-food rewards, including a new hair style!
