Today I woke up not wanting to go workout than I told myself you can go for only 30min than you can come home. I end up staying for the whole high fitness class and palite afterward :). I know i can do it, it's getting my physicall body to the gym is my struggle lol! High fitness was of course high in pack, I did modifications the whole time. I'm more of a getting the right form than high in pack with bad form so i made sure while i was doing low impact my form were correct.  I know that any of us can do it, we just have to find what works for each of us. It feels great when you know you did something hard and killed it!! Life is Awesome :)
