
i really didn't want to work out today. Like REALLY did not feel like doing my laundry so that I could have a fresh sports bra, get dressed, leave th house, abs put in any effort at all. But then I remind myself that I skipped last Sunday and this Thursdsy. I decided to go less intense on the cardio (hence I am able to type from th bike) but go a little longer and not skimp on the weights. Now instead of feeling guilty I didn't go at all, I can just feel a little guilty I may not have pushed myself as hard as I have been. Totally using these few extra calories I burn for some Artic Zero ice cream tonight that I am dying to try.
