This week is bad for sports. I'm having a cold and I've decided not to do sports until I'm 100% fit again. I want to prevent beeing ill for a longer period. I'm watching my food more carefully in the meantime.

good for you... Even with a cold though make sure you move at home, but of course don't overdo. You can get through this!
