This week was GREAT! I lost 2.4lbs at my Weight Watchers meeting bringing me just .6lbs from my goal of getting my fourth 10lb ribbon by the end of January! This should be completely doable as long as I stick to what I have been doing. I've been pretty consistent with my losses over the past weeks, so I'm not too worried!
I also did my measurements yesterday! I decided to take progress pictures every two months, and measurements every four months so that I could really see a difference. And boy did I!

I was BLOWN AWAY by how many inches I lost in the last four months! Four inches from my bust, six from my waist, five from my hips, and four inches between my thighs and arms for a total of 19 inches lost!!! There is a distinct difference between my progress pictures and it just makes me feel really good looking at them and seeing how far I have come already! I know I still have a long way to go, but I am working hard and I know I can do it! Here's to another successful week!!
