One of the biggest hurdles in my weight loss journey has been myself. I started Weight Watchers for the first time in 2010, lost 30lbs, then stopped going to meetings, gained back all I had lost and then some, and now I am on the path to where I was before. I recently asked my WW meeting leader for my record from the first time I did the program, and I wanted to post that here so that I can always see where I started and how far I have come. I may update this as I continue on my journey.
I was SO CLOSE to onderland and I could kick myself for giving up five years ago. If I had just stuck with it, I could have already been at my goals and be maintaining. But I know that there is a reason for this. If you look at my record, you will see how much better I have been doing this time around, and that is becuase I am in a much better place to be on this journey. Sometimes you need to fall down in order to stand up, and I definitely did that.
