I am really embarrassed that I'm back on DietBet. The site provides great motivation, and I got down where I felt good and looked good. It really helped push me to up my conditioning and eat better. Since the Maintainer was closed for sign-up, I just deleted the app and figured I was good to go. Unfortunately, since my last bet, there have been a few changes to my life and I started slacking (bad).

In the past month, I moved and my husband had to leave again a couple weeks later. I've been busy unpacking and getting the kids settled, so I just slacked off on my nutrition. I've still been going to the gym, but it's more powerlifting type of training versus daily kickboxing and conditioning (haven't found anywhere to train for that yet). I don't have a lot to lose, but I have a lot to correct.

We're almost settled, so I'm pretty much set to start working on my cooking skills. Eating right is the key to maintaining your fitness level and physique. This isn't a New Year's resolution. It's just a continuation of trying to be the healthiest I can be.
