Okay, so here I am back at DietBet. This time I'm at a different place in my fitness journey. Last year I was struggling to keep fat off because I couldn't get my eating habits under control. While DietBet was great for keeping me focused for a month, there were no maintainers or anything for someone like me that would quickly hit my goal weight but have trouble keeping it off. Part of the reason I couldn't maintain it was that I was practically starving myself to drop my weight. I also did not have the muscle mass to sustain it.

This year I have come prepared. I started following Fighter Diet (Pauline Nordin) and I now have a plan of action that will last me. I've been following it for a month and have completely changed my eating habits (lots of food...but better choices) and my training is much better geared for my goals. I started really developing some muscle mass too. I was having a bit of a stall in motivation and thought I'd perk up during this slow process by joining DietBet while I drop off a bit more body fat. Never hurts to have extra support or some cash at stake.

I've seen so much better results this year than any year before and it's not about getting through the next 4 weeks, it's about getting through life being healthier, stronger, faster, and happier. So excited to see the maintainers are getting in full-swing now.
