the past two days I've seen a slight increase on the scale (2 pounds total). I've been eating around 1,400 calories with 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weights so I know I can chalk this up to premenstrual water weight. Good timing for me because I signed up for another weight loss challenge at work and have to weigh in on Friday. I'm betting that I can lose 10% of my body weight in 12 weeks and keep it off for 6 months after in order to get the money back. If my team of 5 loses more than the rest of the teams nationally (won't happen) we split $10 grand. I've already lost the beginning weight so the 10% will hard enough.
