Hi everyone,

 

I am pleasanly pleased with my current resolve. I started eating better starting yesterday, despite a few biscuits and potato bites.

It helps to have healthy go to foods on hand: hence Greek Yogurt, low fat cheese, fruits and vegetables. You know the deal.

 

Today my lunch was Fish, Kale and a banana.

 

So, how do I turn this from a diet to a lifestyle. I thought in the past that was what I was going to do, but I gained it all back in a period of time. How do you have realistic expectations and stay on a path that doesn't go back or if you fall off the healthy routine - how do you redirect yourself and get back on course?
