Ever have one of those days where you feel like nothing will put you in a good mood? Just blah. I came home from work and just laid in bed for an hour. Not sleeping. Not playing on my phone. Just laying there while Lily laid on my back meowing. But I dragged myself out of bed and hit the gym for 47 minutes of cardio and back and abs anyway. 1,240 calories in, 430 calories out. Yet the scale goes up a little bit everyday this week. I feel so bloated. Probably from all the fat free refried beans I've been eating in my taco stuffed peppers #worthit (and I said bloated not gassy)

Tomorrow is weigh in, and it sucks to be up a few pounds from where I was a few days ago. I still hit more than 4% though so meh.
