I did my final weigh in last night in light clothes after a very intense workout.  I could still feel that I was retaining water weight.   Now that it's Saturday I once again cannot stop going to the bathroom.  I just weighed myself with heavy jeans and a belt on and I'm 2 pounds lighter than I was last night.  If I weighed myself right now with my lighter clothes,  I would have been down 9.2% in four weeks and two days.
