It's easy to get discouraged when we find ourselves right back where we used to be - again.  Or the scale relentlessly moves up rather than down.

 

However, that's when we need to take a deep breath, relax, and focus on what we have control over.  We actually can't control the scale.  We CAN control what we eat and drink and exercise and sleep.  So step back for a bit and see if the plan we're following needs some tweaking in order to get the results we're looking for on the scale. 

 

When we make an error, focus on what we did RIGHT. 

 

Praise ourselves.  Encourage rather than discourage.

 

Reward.

 

Keep going.

 

Trying IS success.

 

Put your heart and mind in the body of a healthy fit person - see the healthy fit person that we truly are, and soon our bodies will reflect that.  Don't settle for less.
