Yesterday I brought all the snack food in my apartment to the super bowl party I attended and brought none of it back home with me; if it's not here I can't eat it!!

(This mostly worked - found and ate some peanut butter cookies I had missed in the back of the fridge.  My sweet tooth is my weakness!! At least I will not let myself replace them when I go to the store on Wednesday.)

I ate a good, balanced breakfast and packed chicken and salad for lunch.

Normally I use my lunch break as an excuse to get out of the office so I walked to the corner store to buy some almonds which I munched on lightly.

I drank over a gallon of water and a few cups of tea over the course of the day.

When I came home I did Day 1 of 30 Days of Yoga with Adrianne on Youtube. (https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene).

I had salmon with asparagus for dinner but it wasn't until 8:30 - probably a bit on the late side and I will work on making that earlier.

It doesn't sound like much but I'm hoping these small steps will add up to a big difference!!
