my weight is so up and down it is driving me insane. Today I know it's up because I finished off all the cheese on my house (ok like 3 oz of shredded cheddar) because I'm giving it up for lent just to challenge myself and test my willpower.
I'm noticing that every time I have any alcohol, I lose weight the next morning because I'm dehydrated but then I gain a pound or two each day for the next three days after and then lose it all again 2 days later. I drank beer during th Super Bowl, and I'm still feeling the consequences of that. So I'm going to steer clear from it all together for awhile and see what happens.
