This week was alright! I did better with eating and didn't overdo it at the gym, and am down another 2 pounds at my Weight Watchers meeting! I did not do good with tracking this week and was all over the place with how many of my daily points I used. I get 36 points per day; some days I was around 20 and others I was upwards of 50! So yes, all over the place. Obviously this isn't good, so I am going to make that one of the things that I focus on this week.

I am only 3.6 pounds away from 50!!! I am hoping that if I make some improvements to my habits for this week that I will get that next week! And even if I don't get it next week, I still have two weigh ins left of the month to reach that goal!! February is a short month, but I still have five weigh ins for the month because of how the days laid out, which works in my favor!

My goal for this week is to track everything better, so I will be carrying a paper tracker around and writing down absolutely everything that I eat. Hopefully I can even out my amount of points per day, and get the hang of how many points I actually get. I'm going grocery shopping tonight and will be prepping my lunches for the week with those supplies. I will also be going to the gym (hopefully for Zumba!) to get some sweat in!
