This week was FANTASTIC!! My goal for the week was to track absolutely everything, and it really paid off! I had been lax with my tracking for the past few weeks and only losing 1-2 lbs per week and I knew I needed to refocus on everything. I took my paper tracker everywhere with me and wrote down everything I put in my mouth. It really paid off because I lost 3.2 lbs this week!! I kinda wish I had lost another .2 lbs because then I would have met my first milestone goal of 50 pounds gone, but that just means that next week will be even better!

I have been going to the gym 5x per week, and I think that is a good amount per week for me. I bought a groupon for six kickboxing classes at a place near me, and I am hoping to do those classes within the next couple weeks as well. I don't know if that is something I will put into my routine for good, depending on the price, but the six sessions was a good deal so I figured why not! I am excited to try something new and hopefully it will be good for me!

I am feeling really good about where I am at with my journey. Two people have told me that I inspire them from my instagram (@ww_chefmaddie) and that made me feel really good about everything. I like that I am able to help other people out with their own journey because that is one of the main reasons why I started with my own! All I want to do is meet my goals and help other people meet theirs as well. I bumped into a friend that I haven't seen in a while today, and she said I looked "so skinny"! Granted, that's not entirely true because I still have a long way to go, but it's nice to know that people can actually see a difference and can tell that I have lost almost 50 pounds! I don't do this for other people, but it makes me feel good that they do care and do notice. I'm happy with how I am doing and I am just going to keep pushing in the right direction!
