Around two years ago I was in a very abusive relationship where I felt at my weakest point. I was my heaviest, my most emotionally out of place, financially, and everything in between. Since then, I have gotten myself out of that terrible relationship, into a better, healthier one. I have moved back home for the meantime, gotten myself my old job, and began my journey with weightloss. 

during my journey in this, I have learned portion control, water intake, the difference between early and late bedtimes, how long I can work out for, and a love to run. 

I can currently finish a mile in ten minutes going at six miles per hour on the treadmill. But I usually range between six, and six and a half. I still have to go in spurts and pause sometimes, but I go everyday, so it's only a matter of time before I'm doing my best potential. 

I have, -of my own- two rats I got from my ex in the past relationship, and a cat I obtained a year and a half ago. I used to have a female rat, but she passed not too long ago. Zuri RIP. 

I love my family, my boyfriend, and my friends. 

My hobbies are, -apart from the gym, lol- reading, writing, colouring, singing, and doing anything to do with my weightloss plan. 

I'm always looking to connect and share experiences with other people. I would love to take and give any advice there is.
