Well....not the greatest week.  Tried my best to make good choices and cut down on social drinking (thank you club soda!!).  I can't for the life of me figure out how to see the dates of my weigh ins, and I don't remember if I submitted an unofficial weight this past week, but I am down another 0.4 from my last weigh in.  Which is actually really good considering the amount of beer consumed last night.

I've decided to start the T25 program on Monday.  I was considering starting it today, but beer happened and I felt like not doing that when I woke up this morning.  So my exercise plan is T25 in the mornings before the kids are up, and running 2-3 times a week in the afternoons/evenings.  I'd like to be able to run a solid 5km and feel like I could still keep going by the end of March.  I'm getting there!  I've been able to keep my old pace for over 2 miles already.  1 more to go!  

As it stands right now, I have 0.3 pounds to lose to win my first DietBet, and 2.something to win my second.  I have until mid-March.  I'm 100% confident that I will win both of them.  I think after I reach my winning goal for the second, I'll need to join a 3rd to keep myself accountable and keep going!
