This week was great!! Down another 3.2lbs and I met my milestone of 50 POUNDS LOST!!!! I got my fifth 10lb ribbon, and my 50lb washer for my keychain! I did a great job with getting to the gym and making good and point worthy meals! Eating all my points every day and not using my weeklies or activity points is definitely working for me!
Now the struggle is going to be keeping this up when I am not able to do cardio. I got a tattoo on my foot yesterday, and I'm not able to do cardio for the next week or two while it's healing. This means that I will have to up my strength training and walk around at work as much as possible. It's going to be nice out, so hopefully I will get to walk outside as much as I can. It does hurt a bit to walk on my foot, but I'm going to do my best!
I also decided to do a plank challenge for my March challenge! My goal is to make it to 90 seconds by the end of the month! My previous max time was 60 seconds and that was over a year ago, so hopefully I will be able to meet this goal! Planks are hard, but hopefully now that I have 53 less pounds to hold up, it will be a little easier!
