My own goal for this challenge is to kick start a seriouse weight loss regemnt for my self and Mark. In January we are spending 9 days in New Orleans. We really need to be fit for this trip. We only walk when we are in New Orleans. To give you an idea of how much we walk; last time we were there I had on a fitbit. I did 10,000 steps by 4pm. Which is awesome, I love New Orleans and walking around there however, our reality here is more car less walk. 

While Mark and I normally eat health (we cook a lot, eat orgainc, stay away from proccessed foods) We dont exercise nearly as much as we should. In our down time we much prefer to watch TV or play computer games. This needs to change.

I am commiting to:

  • Exercising
  • Not eating after 8pm
  • avoiding soda
  • no taco bell
  • more fruits and veggies
