Today and tomorrow I’ll be working on finding things to motivate me as well as trying to map out my "menu" for the week so I don't have to think about things last minute and make something carb-a-rific.
Thursdays are my long day. I’ll be at school (working and class) for 12+ hours. On days like that, I usually stop at whole foods in the morning and get my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m going to do that again. BUT I’m not going to get 2 sandwiches (one for lunch, one for dinner) Instead I’ll get oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, maybe a salad or just some tuna and veggies for lunch and then a salad for dinner. For the rest of the week, I’ll make sure I plan dinner. Who ever invented the crock-pot needs a noble prize.
