Starting a weightloss challenge I always assume the gym is going to be the tough part. Doing cardio with the weight I'm carrying is no easy feat and unless you have been there, you have no idea how hard it was the first week. But now that I'm 2 months in its my diet that I struggle with. The gym seems less grueling. Last week I made my calorie goal 1,200 per day.  That's with 5 days of 80 minute work outs. My body was starving. I lost a lot of weight, probably a lot of muscle too. This week I've been punishing myself at the gym every night after how bad my diet has been, probably to make up for last week. Like 2,000 calories a day bad (which when I'm burning 500-1000 calories at the gym every night, really isn't that terrible.

But I want to try something new. Something I've been afraid to do because although I will be eating 2,000 calories a day, I will be way more restricted. For 7 days I'm not going to weigh myself. I'm going to stick to iifym which will require me to eat like 5 eggs and 3 protein shakes a day to hit my protein on a lacto ovo vegetarian diet. I have tomorrow planned out, and it's not pretty. If I gain, or I dint loss at least 3 pounds this week (which should be easy, I'm high on the water weight department this week) I'll drop it. I weigh myself 100000 times a day (every time I go to the bathroom and I drink 18 cups of water a day) so that may be the hardest part. I haven't done a fad type diet since I was 16 years old so this should be interesting.

And that pic was after 25 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes of leg training, and 25 minutes at a new high intensity on the stair master. So nasty your pants get sweaty.
