well I definitely can't say I feel deprived. Usually at this point I would have eaten my 140 calorie breakfast and be staring at the clock waiting for lunch. I've had 2 protein shakes with powdered peanut butter and my 140 calorie breakfast so I'm super satisfied. For lunch it's just my little salad with cucumber, fake chicken, tomatoes, and goddess lite dressing but I added 2 hard boiled eggs instead of a yogurt. Then veggie straws for a snack. When I get home I still need to eat 8oz of tofu, a cup of steamed veggies, a quarter cup of almonds, a tablespoon of peanut butter, an apple, egg whites, and another protein shake. Maybe I should have brought another snack with me at work....lol I'm learning!
