Since this past season of The Biggest Loser was such an inspiration to me (I grew up in NJ with Stephen Kmet's sister), joining this seemed like a no-brainer! Thanks Sarah! I now live in Canton, GA - I wish it was closer to your part of the state, I would have you train me! Lol.
My story, in short.....
I was morbidly obese, I had gastric bypass in 2002 and lost & maintained a stable loss of 211 pounds for years, and was comfortably in a size 10. I had the agonizing skin removal surgeries also. Then about 2 years ago, I started taking a medication that caused me to gain 35-40 pounds, almost overnight, and it's killing me. I need to get back to where I was, happily in a size 10. I recently started going back to the gym, and am about to give Nutrisystem a try, since I need things to be "easy" and "quick" in order to stay on track. I am hoping joining Sarah's DietBet will help keep me more accountable, and on the right starting path to a healthier, happier, and better, ME! :)
