This was an unsuspectedly great week!! I had a 3.4lb loss at my Weight Watchers meeting, and I'm not even sure how! I made better eating choices this week than the week before, and got to finally go back to the gym! I'm very happy with this loss because it pushes me closer to my March goal of getting another 10lb ribbon! I am now only 2.6lbs away from that goal, so hopefully I will be able to have a loss like I did this week for next week, because then I would be one week early in my goal!!

I'm glad that I am now able to go to the gym again, I really missed the endorphins that it gave me and I noticed a huge difference in not being able to go. One of my goals for March was to work on strength training, so I am planning to increase my time on the weight machines, and hopefully I will be able to try out some of the free weights as well. It is definitely a little intimidating on that side of the gym, but hopefully now that I've been doing it for a bit it will be easier for me to get over there.

I have all my lunches planned out for the week, and have a few ideas for dinners to make. There are a few recipes that I want to try out, so hopefully everything goes well! St. Patrick's Day is on Thursday, but as of right now I don't have any plans so it shouldn't be too difficult to avoid temptations that day. I've just got to make a plan for if I do go out, but it shouldn't be too bad! Here's to another good week!
