Run at least a mile a day, lift free weights 3-4 times a week before going to bed and drink non-fat milk if you're hungry between meals. Apart from that, if you can replace any meals comfortably with protein shakes or focus on high protein vegetarian meals (lacto ovo) you'd do just fine ;)
