I'm losing weight insanely fast. I mean this is how I lost it in High School, but I always felt I could lose it a better "more healthy" way and span my wheels for years. If I had known just eating like this and working out the way I've been I'd lose weight this quickly, I would have done this YEARS AGO. Holy poop. I'm not starving myself btw, I'm eating 4 times a day in 300-550 calorie bushels, heavy on vegetarian protein (lacto Ovo) and d@mn is it working, 12oz non-fat milk between meals. Today alone I dropped 0.2lbs. I checked on two different scales, I"m so close to my goal it's ridiculous! At this rate I'll be at my goal post by Sunday!
