Just weighed myself. I've been consuming under 1900 calories a day since this started and being doing workouts. I'm apparently down to 243.8 now from 248. My hypothesis for the dramatic drop is that this is the morning, and I weighed at night before and my cloths while the same style t-shirt and shorts, are maybe a different material? I mean this a bit of a dramatic drop. lol, I'll see where I'm at this evening and try to get the original cloths together for a more precise comparison reading.
