Just weighed myself. I've been consuming under 1900 calories a day since this started and being doing workouts. I'm apparently down to 243.8 now from 248. My hypothesis for the dramatic drop is that this is the morning, and I weighed at night before and my cloths while the same style t-shirt and shorts, are maybe a different material? I mean this a bit of a dramatic drop. lol, I'll see where I'm at this evening and try to get the original cloths together for a more precise comparison reading.

Sign in to CommentInitial weight losses when first starting are often pretty dramatic. Much of it can be water weight, or you may just be really motivated and truly kicking it. The pace usually slows after the first couple of weeks. But good on ya!
I think it is just a weight fluctuation, but should make the loss easier. Still keep on with what you're doing! :)
