Today marks six months since I started Weight Watchers! I have officially lost 58.2 lbs over the last six months, and I feel better than ever! This last week was a bit of a rough one, but I still had a loss! I went out for St. Patrick's Day on Thursday with some friends, ended up drinking a little too much, and eating a slice of pizza larger than my face. But! I had a good week before Thursday, and I had a good week after Thursday! I had to work my butt off, but I did lose .8lbs this week! Even though it's a small loss, it's not a gain! And every loss counts in the long run! I am 1.8lbs away from getting my sixth 10lb ribbon, hoping to get that this week! I know that if I don't have any slip ups, I should be able to do that no problem!

I focused on strength training last week, and had an hour long session on Wednesday, it was so great! I am enjoying doing weights and building up my strength. I'm not sure if I am doing it "right" but I'm doing the best that I can. Maybe when I get a bit more financially stable, I can get connected with a trainer who can teach me and help me with this aspect of my journey. I'm also doing great on my plank challenges! My best time used to be 60 seconds, and now it is 90 seconds! I'm hoping to get up to two minutes by the end of my challenge, but I will be ok with whatever I manage to achieve by the end of the month!

I'm going to Georgia in two weeks for my sister's wedding and I will be there for a whole week. I know that I am going to be tempted by things, but I am hoping that I can manage to still make good choices for 90% of the week. I know the day of her wedding and the night at the bar is going to be tough to maneuver, but hopefully if I make good choices up until then and after, it will balance everything out. I don't want this trip to derail me in my journey! But I know my sister is very supportive of what I'm doing so hopefully she will be ok with any alternative decisions I need to make.

Here's to finishing March out strong!!!
