Awesome blog, Cristina, thank you for sharing! All you said is so true and a great reminder for all of us. You have done an incredible job so far, congratulations! I guess I've lost 252 sticks of butter from my highest weight! Quite a different perspective! :) Still have over 200 more sticks to go but I can't give up! I have my doubts some times, too, because I've tried so many times. But I do believe that this time it's going to happen. I wish you much more success on your journey!
