I can't believe it's been 30 weeks!!! I have been chugging along on my journey, and this week I am down another 3lbs! This is especially great because last week I weighed in on Wednesday instead of Monday, so that 3lbs is from the last five days! I am 1.8lbs away from my next 10lb ribbon and 9.1lbs away from ONEDERLAND!! It is getting so close!!!!!
This week was a good one because I just came off of a week vacation where I didn't track and didn't go to the gym, so it felt great to get back to my routine! I didn't end up tracking officially in the last five days, but I did keep track of what I was eating and how many points it was worth. I started a fresh tracker today though so I will be dedicated to tracking this week! I find it is so much easier to carry around the paper trackers that I get at the meetings and then copying the information into the book tracker that I got once a week.
I was also pretty active this week, I went to the gym on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, walked 22k steps at a parade on Saturday, and went to the gym on Saturday! So five days in a row of being super active! Going to the gym has become something that I enjoy, and I and really glad about this. I used to hate going to the gym and when I went I wouldn't get that much work done there, but now I am actually going and being active for a significant length of time. That is definitely one of the things that I like about this weight loss journey, besides obviously losing weight!
