I'm up just a teeny bit, but all things considered, I'm okay with that. My blah day ended with no workouts. I was upset all morning and then spent the rest of the day with my SIL. My food intake was fairly okay. I ended up getting lebanese food and having a delicious vegetarian meal that was all pretty good except for the rice. I managed to resist all pita bread and ordered water. No appetizers. I think my meal was around 650 calories. Then I did break down and get popcorn for the second movie - however, I split a small with the SIL and still logged it. Only accounted for about 200 calories, and that gave me a total of 1,430 calories for the day. Which is more than I would have liked for a non-workout day, but is still pretty good. 

Today I am determined to get a workout in. I need to go to the library to return and pick up some books, and was thinking maybe I would just walk. It's beautiful outside and it's only a 1.6 mile walk. I have to work tonight for a few hours, so I'll want to get everything in during the day. I was thinking I also might want to get an arm workout in. They could use a little toning for sure. 

Need to do my meal planning and possibly shopping today - though we're probably good for a few days, to be honest. Stopped at the store and picked up a few things the other day so we've got salad stuff and scrambled eggs. I could probably throw together a stir fry as well with what we've got in the house. I think I might want to stop by the market just to grab a few things and be out and about. Again, it's so nice out!
