WOW! I so needed a challenge to MOTIVATE me! I have been on this yo you diet plan for so many years. My lowest weight was 142 a few years ago. At that time, I was extremely fit. I used to be a serious competitive runner but I woke up one day with leg pains and it halted my running! I no longer had the energy to barely make it through the day! I found out I had hypothyrodism but its good I now understand what derailed me in the first place!!
I have been through a series of stresses , (moving out-of-state, newly married, had to quit my job, etc) that also contributed to my demise! (lol)....anyhow, IM so ready and I think having a goal to work toward will help me in so many ways! Hope everyone else is READY too! This is the first step to me getting BACK on track! Here's to a healthy ME.....one day at a time!!!
