It's amazing how a challenge can help motivate you to make better choices as far as food!! I am so miindful of what I am eating right now, whereas, in the past I would eat "whatever". I have not been very hungry today but have forced myself to have some light meals! I'm always hungry (or so it seems that way!!)!!! I'm feeling "good" and so "MOTIVATED".
